Can I try it out?

The best way to try vsource for yourself is to start with a simple package on a three month contract. Don't worry! The systems listed on our integrations page are just some examples of the popular systems we integrate with. Because we build all of our integrations in-house, we would be happy to discuss options with you relating to integrating to other systems. WHAT CONTACT INFORMATION CAN I EXPECT?

That is a great question! We want you to be able to reach candidates as soon as possible. We use a number of tools to find social media accounts, personal websites and email addresses. If it's out there, we will find it and include it in the profile. That way you can get moving on your placements.

WHERE DO YOU FIND CANDIDATE DATA?

We search for candidates, and their full profile information in a number of places. We have an internal candidate database as well as using LinkedIn, resume search tools, industry specific databases, project sites like Github, Stack Overflow and Behance, and lots more. Because we use a combination of Boolean search methods and advanced algorithms, we can even find creditations on work history and other cool sources. We then use our proprietary technology to scan for further information and compile everything we find into an easy-to-read profile.

Our latest offering, Candidate Outreach & Activation (or Outbound Sourcing), helps you to engage your passive candidates and filter out those who want to hear about your open roles. Our trained team will contact all sourced candidates via email or phone for you. We can do this using your employer branding or anonymously with a third-party brand. The team can then confirm the candidate's information, explain any open roles you wish to advertise, place the candidate in a pipeline, and gauge their level of interest in hearing from you.
