Business Analyst (Data Analytics)

Cork, Ireland

The Business Analytics (Data Analytics) will be part of a team researching, conceptualising, and releasing a new system for visualising talent pool information. Currently, our products use a view of Talent Pool information primarily composed of Descriptive Statistics. We are working towards the next-generation of Talent Pool visualization which will be more interactive and insightful.

Key Deliverables:
Responding to clients' requests for informationProviding reports related to talent pool
Data analytics: providing deeper insight to our clients, supported by data
Using Tableau to create visual dashboards

Skills and knowledge requirements:
BSc or higher in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or similar (must have graduated from an Irish university in the past 4 years)
Experience with database systems, SQL, Amazon RDS, MongoDB or similar
Knowledge of data analytics and visualization (ideally on Tableau)

Business Analyst (HR Technology)

Cork, Ireland

The Business Analyst (HR Technology) will be part of a team to develop a new Middleware that integrates more closely with HRM systems. The graduate will be a technical point of contact with the client and also liaison with our technical team.

Key Deliverables:
Market research on top providers of Applicant Tracking software, talent CRM, and Human Resources Management systems
User research: analysing user systems, workflows, and processes
Capability research: Understanding current and past capabilities
Working with clients to create a better integration with their ATS/HRM system
Project management and Quality Control related to the integration process
Identifying opportunities for development of new features
Liaising with product team (validated learning, and in response to opportunities)

Skills and knowledge requirements:
BSc or higher in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or similar (must have graduated from an Irish university in the past 4 years)
Experienced data transfer protocols, cURL, SOAP/RESTful web services and related standards (XML/json)
Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing and agile validation
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
